We hope you love your Collette Elara jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order, in line with UK consumer regulations. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us
- Sale or discounted items
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we’ll resolve this as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.
Please note:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
Returns Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
