Special UK Delivery – £7.95 (Next Working Day)
Delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
A signature is required on receipt.
Orders placed by 12:00 midday (Monday–Friday) will be delivered on the next working day (Monday–Saturday, where available, excluding public holidays).
- Available for mainland England, Wales and Scotland only
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday
- Excludes all personalised jewellery
Missing or Delayed Items
Unfortunately, items may occasionally be delayed or go missing in transit.
We are unable to investigate any item reported as undelivered until 15 working days have passed from the date of dispatch.
All claims for missing items must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date.
(Please refer to your Dispatch Confirmation email for your dispatch date.)
During periods of disruption beyond our control, the 15- and 28-day timeframes may be extended.
Responsibility for Delivery
Please note that we cannot be held liable for items where Royal Mail has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
